The 5 Pandav Model

Panchayat-level leadership and organization-building — the candidate doesn't win alone, the organization wins.

What is the 5 Pandav Model?

Under this model, the candidate selects 5 educated, responsible and active youths from their own panchayat. The candidate makes this selection — not BOOTH MASTER — because the candidate knows their own area best. BOOTH MASTER's role is to develop these youths in leadership, organization, coordination and management.

Why 5 people? Because in a panchayat election no candidate can effectively focus on every village, hamlet, ward and activity alone. A trained team strengthens organization, improves information flow, organizes coordination and develops local leadership.
